GERMAN-FRENCH RESEARCH PROGRAMME

Galleries, Museums and Collectors from 1900 to Present-Day in Germany and France

In 2018/2019, the Forum Kunst und Markt/Centre for Art Market Studies at Technische Universität Berlin in partnership with the Centre Georg Simmel at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales and the Deutsches Forum für Kunstgeschichte in Paris are organising the research programme “Galleries, Museums and Collectors from 1900 to Present-Day in Germany and France”. The programme aims to promote scientific exchange between young researchers and post-docs surrounding the German-French networks of the art market in the 20th and 21st centuries. The project is funded by the Université franco-allemande/Deutsch-Französische Hochschule. Further information will follow soon.
